Job Function
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met across our regional facilities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and implementing strategies to further improve our competitiveness through continuous improvement processes utilizing, lean, Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies. Leading key projects to lower cost per unit, optimize production efficiencies, and equipment utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet safety, quality, cost, and production goals. Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and methodologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Train manufacturing staff on new processes, equipment, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all manufacturing operations Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, continuous improvement, or related roles, with a strong background in chemicals batch process. Proven track record of implementing process improvements, safety improvement and achieving cost savings in manufacturing operations. Strong safety commitment in all aspect of the work. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools. Must be able to support the establishment of a positive, can do, continuous improvement culture, eager to learn, grow, develop talent, and take on new challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. PE, PMP, CMfgE or other relevant certifications a plus. 30% travel
