Associate Attorney

Our Austin office is currently seeking dynamic and motivated Associate Attorneys to join our defense firm serving clients in the surrounding areas. The successful candidates will work closely with our partners and senior attorneys to handle a diverse caseload involving construction civil litigation, product liability and personal injury. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney to gain valuable real-world experience and make a meaningful impact within our firm and could potentially lead to partnership opportunities within the firm.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, etc.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Attend networking events.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
• 2-5 years of experience practicing law.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Comfortable conducting and defending depositions.
