Insight Global is seeking Technical Support Associates.
Responsibilities include handling customer/client calls, password resets, customer correspondence, account transfers, and processing wired funds and checks. Candidates must be articulate, possess excellent written and verbal skills, and have a pleasant telephone manner. Comfort with direct client interaction, networking, and resolving operational issues is essential. Qualifications: Previous call center experience (1-2 years) Prior experience working with clients on performing password resets; navigating/instructing end users Excellent phone presence Knowledge and adherence de-escalation experience
