Complete Description:

Our customer is seeking a Technical Support Analysts to provide help desk support via telephone to their users. You will be fielding calls from internal employee, external work-from-home employees, as well as on-site employees working out of VA Medical Centers. You will be assisting them with connection and sign-on issues as well as other standard IT support issues logging and resolving open tickets in Service Now. You will be provided all the necessary equipment to perform your job.
