Job Description The Product Specialist will manage DGS internal sales enquiries for First Fit, Upgrades, and Retrofits. Manages complex AM enquiries/activities within region such as, Fast track breakdown situations, Large TA's, batches of seals sent back for health checks or repairs, needing specialist logistic planning. Coordinates AM situations involving OEM and End User, where commercial responsibility sits in 2 sales regions. Supports Turbo BDMs, global projects team and sales reps in larger projects, frame agreements including management of multi-site bidding for the same and in preparation of strategic business cases. Executes price strategy, create price guidelines and tools and monitor price realization and market share through won lost reporting. Supports Turbo BDMs, global projects team and sales reps to gather market intelligence and development of marketing, training and other enablement materials to support sales and other strategic initiatives. Provides commercial support and guidance to the local Sales teams and account managers for DGS business and sales forecast. Actively maintains all commercial logs and other datasets as needed. Manages sales order processing in SAP and QAD till handover. Assists with project management of high-risk jobs and Gantt chart creation. Qualifications

Engineering Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial and technical role. Experience working in a made to order manufacturing technical company is preferred. Knowledge of Oil and Gas markets, applications, and customers is a plus. Experience in managing multi disciplined and /or culturally diverse stakeholders in a global organization. Customer development experience. Effective communicator with strong influencing & collaboration skills. Ability to deliver solution to complex problems and ability to prioritize completion of daily tasks. Must have general understanding of Data Analytics.
