Westchester Soccer Club Overview:
Westchester Soccer Club, is an expansion team in USL League One. The United Soccer League
(USL) - one of the most successful professional soccer organizations in the world - announced in
2017 it would launch a new third division - USL League One in Spring 2019, uniting passionate fans
in new markets with the thrill of a proven professional soccer experience. League One will
immediately benefit from several new USL initiatives, including USL Productions, the
organization's $10 million broadcast and content arm that was established in 2015 which
features a cutting-edge broadcast and production facility in South Florida. League One will be
operated with the same high level of sophistication and operational expertise that has built the
USL Championship into a widely successful and respected league.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Westchester Soccer Club is looking to add a relationship-driven sales professional to our Ticket
sales team as a senior account executive or account executive. The ideal candidate is goal
oriented, industrious, competitive, and driven to become a leader in the sports sales industry.
The position will be focused on maximizing revenue through direct outbound B2B & B2C outreach.
The selected candidate will be expected to, make outbound sales calls, prospect in addition to
working sales events, and set/execute face-to-face appointments. The candidate should have a
relationship-focused personality and a proven track record of selling and servicing within the
sports industry.

Core Responsibilities Include:
  • Meet and exceed all weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals while providing first class customer service to all Westchester Soccer Club fans
  • Prospect and close new sales leads for the organization through an outbound sales effort including cold-calling, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain all touchpoints with clients and prospects within Sales Force CRM.
  • Must meet required minimum of key performance indicators per day to new business prospects (outbound calls, e-mails, touch points).
  • Actively participate in sales department meetings.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 1 years of sales experience
  • Motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent time management, organization
  • High comfort level making cold calls
  • Creative and excellent interpersonal skills required
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to problem solve


WHAT WE OFFER:
Base Compensation: $35,000 -$45,000 annual (based on experience) in addition to a
competitive commission and bonus structure. This is a non-exempt overtime eligible position
