Position: Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Trevose, PA (Onsite)
Reporting to: Director, People & Culture
Acquired Philadelphia is a full service talent acquisition consultancy partnering with businesses locally and nationally to acquire and retain the right talent. We are on a mission to disrupt the outdated and overpriced recruiting and staffing industry.
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will act as the primary resource for various HR functions, supporting a growing field operation. This role will focus heavily on employee relations, including investigations, mediations, dispute resolution, performance management, leadership coaching and policy interpretation and development. Additional responsibilities include driving the HR process and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and leadership development. Provide strategic support for coaching, training, and employee development. Analyze HR data (e.g., exit surveys, turnover) and offer recommendations to leadership. Develop strategies to improve retention. Oversee leave processing; including Workers Compensation, ADA, and FMLA. Build strong and trusted relationships by being responsive
to client needs as well as being an “out-of-the-box” thinker and offering creative solutions for operational challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of HR experience, with strong expertise in employee relations. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, required. HR certification preferred, but not required (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP). Experience in midsize companies and acquisitions preferred. Experience supporting multi-state field operations strongly preferred. Strong communication skills, self-starter, and critical thinker. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word and Excell); HRIS experience (Paycom preferred). Spanish speaking is a plus.
