Job Summary: Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to develop software applications or systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design software architecture and develop technical specifications.

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications, identify bugs, and debug issues to ensure high-quality and reliable software.

• Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of software components.

• Use version control systems (e.g., GitHub) to manage and track changes in the codebase.

• Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and software processes.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team's success.

• Analyze user requirements and provide effective solutions to address business needs.

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in computer science required. 2+ years of similar experience preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in one or more programming languages and a strong understanding of software development principles. Knowledge in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, SQL programming is preferred. Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong penchant for critical thought and innovation. Values commitments from meeting times to meeting deadlines. Possesses a servant’s heart with humility towards building trusting relationships. Values people over technology and leverages technology to elevate the value of people for the company.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions.
