About The Role

Rippling is looking for a strategic, always-one-step-ahead Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CRO and VP, Marketing. You will be a resident administrative guru to them, making their time more efficient and productive. We are running hard in a hyper-growth environment with fast-changing priorities, and we need your organizational skills to keep us on track.

What you will do
• Manage calendars including scheduling and preparation for meetings, 1:1s, interviews, and team events
• Ensure your executives are prepped before the start of each day
• Ensure their time is spent on the highest priority issues, shifting non-pressing engagements and to-dos to accommodate, and communicating changes in a thoughtful manner
• Proactively take on projects as they arise, coordinating from idea to plan to execution and post-mortem
• Prepare and edit presentations, communications, and other documents
• Join and participate in select meetings, making sure attendees are aligned and leave with clear action items
• Organize domestic and international travel (flights, lodging, transportation), events, and team offsites, as needed
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, and advocate and promote Rippling's culture

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:

102,000 - 178,500 USD per year (US Tier 1)
