The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The Project Manager will monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide leadership on-site to maintain a productive and efficient work environment. They will be responsible for managing project schedules, resources, and ensuring that materials and equipment are available as needed. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential to effectively manage multiple teams and keep projects on track. 

  • Project Oversight and Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring work is completed according to plans, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating work between subcontractors, vendors, and others to ensure timely project completion.
  • Supervision of Workforce: Lead and supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors, laborers, and field staff, to maintain high standards of work quality and productivity.
  • Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and ensure the worksite is compliant with OSHA and local safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of construction work, ensuring that it meets project specifications, building codes, and regulatory standards.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Track project expenses and monitor budgetary goals to ensure cost effective resource allocation and prevent budget overruns.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve on-site issues such as delays, conflicts, or technical challenges in a timely and effective manner to prevent disruptions to the project.
  • Materials and Equipment Management: Ensure that necessary materials and equipment are ordered, delivered on time, and in proper condition to avoid delays in construction.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and others, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and any changes or variations to the original plans or schedules.
