License: RN in Single State or Multi-state Compact Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or BLS Instructor Must-Have: - Associate's Degree in nursing or graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing required.- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Description: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of caregivers who ensure that patients and their families receive high-quality, individualized, and safe patient care. The nursing practice is guided by a Professional Practice Model and is evidence-based and research-supported.Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions include:- Exemplary Practice and Outcomes: Perform clinical care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice with critical thinking. Ensure care is individualized and culturally sensitive.- Teamwork and Collaboration: Coordinate safe patient care with diverse communication methods and complete timely documentation. Foster a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.- Professional Development and Initiative: Complete all competency assessments and required education. Serve as a preceptor or mentor for other nurses and healthcare staff.- Evidence-Based Practice and Research: Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement. Participate in value analysis and address practice questions with relevant resources.- Resources and Support: Plan proactive care for patients across the care continuum.
