Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Enterprise Architect Coordinator
to support a Department of Navy (DoN) program. This role is focused on providing administrative and organizational support to the enterprise architecture process, ensuring smooth coordination of the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and alignment of documentation with DoD standards and program goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule
Architecture Review Board (ARB)
meetings, ensuring proper preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
Maintain enterprise architecture documentation, including frameworks, roadmaps, and decision logs, ensuring alignment with DoD policies and standards.
Assist in tracking technical review processes, documenting decisions, and monitoring compliance with governance guidelines.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and program leadership to facilitate communication and streamline workflows.
Support the evaluation of technical designs and solutions by compiling relevant documentation and ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
Monitor the implementation of architectural decisions and provide status updates to leadership.
Develop and distribute meeting minutes, status reports, and briefing materials as required.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience
in program coordination, technical administration, or a related role, preferably within a DoD or federal environment.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., DoDAF) and basic IT governance principles.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience managing documentation and coordinating complex schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lucid Charts, collaboration tools, and project management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
Active
DoD security clearance (Secret or higher)
required. If not currently held, an interim clearance will be required before start date.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Basic understanding of DoD architecture frameworks and IT systems.
Experience supporting architecture or technical review boards in a DoD or federal environment.
Certifications such as ITIL Foundations are a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
