From Ice Arena's, to Municipal Buildings as well as Historical Preservation - they do it all. Projects range typically between $2M - $10M.

This person needs to be able to lead ground-up projects. Any Design Build experience is a plus.

Description
The PM/SPM will be responsible for:
- Leading ground up projects between $2M - $10M
- PM will oversee APM - report into SPM
- SPM will oversee PM - report into owner
- Commuting to Augusta ME
- Standard PM duties
Profile
The successful candidate has:
- 5-10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record of leading large ground-up projects $2-10M
- Commutable to Augusta, ME
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Timberline (open to implementing new technologies)

- Compensation up to $120K (PM) $150K (SPM)
