Description

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Planning and Scheduling: Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Budget Management: Establish and manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Team Coordination: Oversee and guide project teams, including PMs, APMs, site superintendents, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, updates, and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contract Oversight: Review, negotiate, and manage project contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards, codes, and client specifications.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Sage Timberline for documentation and workflow efficiency.

• Design-Build Expertise: Proven experience in leading design-build projects.
• Diverse Project Background: Ability to manage a wide range of project types, including:

Job Offer

• Salary Range: $110K-$130K per year (up to $140K for exceptional candidates).
