Project Leadership:

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout. Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Budget Management:

Establish and manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting. Team Coordination:

Oversee and guide project teams, including PMs, APMs, site superintendents, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability. Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, updates, and concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Contract Oversight:

Review, negotiate, and manage project contracts, subcontracts, and change orders. Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards, codes, and client specifications. Technology Utilization:

Leverage project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Sage Timberline for documentation and workflow efficiency.

Profile

Design-Build Expertise:

Proven experience in leading design-build projects. Diverse Project Background:

Ability to manage a wide range of project types, including:

Project Size Experience:

Skilled in overseeing projects within the $2M-$10M range. Leadership Skills:

Job Offer

Salary Range:

$110K-$130K per year (up to $140K for exceptional candidates). Performance-Based Bonus:

Based on personal and company targets. 401(k) Match:

3.5% match on the first 6% contributed. Health Insurance:
