Regular interaction with experienced advertising professionals and direct reporting to the Digital Marketing Director and CEO. Responsibilities:

Develop and launch high-performing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring robust initial performance and ongoing success. Revitalize underperforming campaigns to meet current client success metrics. Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to identify winning strategies. Handle both technical and creative aspects of digital marketing campaigns. Provide detailed reports to leadership on campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. Innovate and implement new processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department. Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads. Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns effectively and meet deadlines. Strong technical proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, WordPress, Zapier, and Google Workspace. Ability to work with data analysis tools like Google Sheets or Excel to report and optimize campaign performance. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage internal teams and freelancers to achieve marketing goals. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Experience in leading teams, including managing other employees or freelancers. Skills in video and image editing. Enthusiasm for adopting new technologies and AI tools in digital marketing strategies.
