Description
Cost Estimation: Analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive bid proposals, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and scope of work, to submit to potential clients or stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information, ensure accurate costing, and address any project-specific requirements.
Risk Analysis: Identify potential risks and uncertainties in the project scope or budget, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure estimates are competitive and reflect current market conditions.
