The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of e-commerce professionals, managing the full e-commerce portfolio, and ensuring the seamless functionality, user experience, and security of the online platforms. This leadership position demands a data and process-oriented individual with a proven track record in e-commerce, capable of providing strong and visible leadership to the team. The VP of E-Commerce will be tasked with developing and executing the company's e-commerce strategy, with a focus on revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, is essential to optimize online sales channels and maximize profitability. Applicants for the Vice President of E-Commerce role at the company should have a BA/BS and 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a background in managing a P&L and a deep understanding of all aspects of online commerce. The role requires a leader who is adept at driving cross-functional teams, has excellent communication skills, and is highly analytical, using data to optimize the team's approach.
