This leadership position demands a data and process-oriented individual with a proven track record in e-commerce, capable of providing strong and visible leadership to the team. The VP of E-Commerce will be tasked with developing and executing the company's e-commerce strategy, with a focus on revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, is essential to optimize online sales channels and maximize profitability. Applicants for the Vice President of E-Commerce role at the company should have a BA/BS and 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a background in managing a P&L and a deep understanding of all aspects of online commerce.
