Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals at our
Glen Ellyn
(543 Pennsylvania Ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137) office location.
Key Responsibilities: Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information. Obtain missing information as required. Compile buyer packets, listing packets, and rental packets as well as maintain online file flow. Answer phones. Open and Distribute courier items. Distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail. General office support functions including greeting agents, customers and maintaining office appearance. Oversee supply orders to ensure the office is properly stocked. Maintain monthly floor scheduling. Pull MLS reports as directed. Data entry. Required Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast paced environment Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office Social media savvy (FB, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) Attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a team Professional appearance Pro-active Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous Real Estate experience preferred. Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
