My client is seeking a well established Project Manager based out of Ashburn, VA. My Client has become a highly respected leader in the Northern Virginia construction industry. With a focus on projects valued at $20M and under, including Build-to-Suit, Flex/Industrial, Institutional, Distribution Centers, Low-rise Office, Retail, Tenant Interiors, Repositioning, and Specialty Construction. They also manage smaller Base Building projects in similar sectors. Their projects span across Northern Virginia, the 495 Beltway, and parts of Maryland. Description As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects from conception to completion, managing multiple projects across Base Building or Interior sectors. Base Building projects range from $5M-$20M, while Interior projects focus on tenant improvements valued between $1M-$5M. In this role, you'll handle full-cycle project management, including estimating, subcontractor buy-out, cost control, scheduling, and team leadership.
