Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and user training on approved client software, including Odyssey, Dayforce, Radley, Concur, O365, and 4D.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage security access profiles and login IDs based on user manager authorizations. Provide training for new employees on the company's IT systems. Troubleshoot and resolve system, software, or user issues. Conduct training sessions for users on new systems and software updates. Develop and maintain user documentation for system software. Communicate with customers to meet specific EDI and barcode label requirements. Create customized user training programs. Design, test, and maintain queries and reports using tools such as Data Explorer Intelligent Views, Crystal Reports, Excel, and other reporting platforms. Offer backup support for daily operations as needed. Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable of managing and organizing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficient in training users with varying levels of technical expertise. Work Environment: The Application Specialist will primarily work in an office setting, but will occasionally visit the plant. Must be able to comply with plant conditions.
Physical Demands:
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time). Ability to move around the office and occasionally the plant. Frequent use of a computer and office equipment such as calculators, copiers, and printers.
