Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager, Consumer and Business Order Fulfillment to join our growing team! In this critical role, you will lead, manage, and transform our order provisioning and activation platforms. As IT Manager, Consumer and Business Order Fulfillment, you are a seasoned technology leader with a track record of standing up and leading scalable distributed systems in telecom companies. In this exciting role, you will be challenged with the opportunity to re-imagine every aspect of the customer order provisioning process across the whole order provisioning life cycle. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to get in early, look over the horizon, and set the vision for a new standard in the telecom provisioning domain. We want entrepreneurs at heart, who have the depth of experience in bringing comprehensive E2E customer management experience into reality. Additional duties will include: Design technology solutions for complex business problems Influence, negotiate, build consensus, and align with peer engineering, product, business teams and vendor partners on solutioning and implementation Be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with laser focus on delivering results Experience building and motivating high performance teams, foster inclusive environment Self-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional projects Provide industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team stay ahead of the curve in keeping our technology stack cutting edge Train operations teams to handle order provisioning fallouts Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: 12+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 6 years of leadership experience BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience leading software development lifecycle including concept, design, prototyping, integration, testing, and production release Experience working in Telecom Inventory and Provisioning business domain including FTTP Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to prioritize the key business programs by collaborating with business partners Experience implementing telecom products and services such as Voice/VOIP, Broadband services Experience implementing BPM/Workflow/Orchestration tools Experience leveraging event driven patterns to design asynchronous distributed platforms using micro-services architecture Deep technical background building scalable solutions to support complex business processes Passionate about architecture, robust design practices, efficient engineering execution and delivering operational excellence BONUS POINTS FOR: Knowledge of Billing systems in telecom domain Integration experience with Salesforce modules and Billing applications such as CABS (Carrier Access Billing System) is a big plus Experience with integration of applications and data during Telecom divestiture Additional Information
