Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to join our professional team in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a versatile role that combines administrative support and personal assistance, requiring excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:

Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments. Maintain and organize files, documents, and records both digitally and physically. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking travel and accommodations. Assist with office supplies and equipment management, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting tasks as needed. Maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for executives or team members. Personal Assistance:

Handle personal errands and tasks for the principal, such as booking personal appointments and managing schedules. Research and arrange personal travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Coordinate family-related activities and appointments, as needed. Organize and maintain personal and household-related documents and records. Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and ability to run errands as needed. Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant capacity. Compensation & Benefits:
