Summary:
The Chief Enterprise Architect establishes the architecture strategy for the consortium in support of product strategies, innovation, optimization and user experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps to ensure consistency with architecture standards and business goals. Research, identify, assess, and recommend new technologies and software enhancements that align with strategic needs, improving functionality and performance across the organization. Oversee the integration of new systems to ensure compatibility and seamless operation across the CUSO's. Develop technical plans, monitor timelines, identify risks and implement contingency plans. Ensure that all data systems and practices meet the needs of the organization and comply with data governance standards. Collaborate with IT leaders to align architectural strategies with business objectives. Mentor and provide technical leadership to the team. Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation, encouraging continuous learning and professional development, Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategic, tactical, and financial plans to support the enterprise architectural infrastructure. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organizational-wide goal setting, performance management and operating plans. Qualifications:
Formal Education & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred. Enterprise Architect Certifications a plus. Knowledge & Experience:
10 years experience leading technology architect and product development initiatives. 10 years in a leadership role guiding and directing other leaders Expertise in building service-orientated architectures and platforms. Comprehensive knowledge of architecture patterns and operational characteristics of secure and scalable applications. Experience leading the design, planning, and implementation of initiatives that include but are limited to the following: Business transformation, Cloud and Data migration, Application modernization, Cloud development and Cloud managed services. Ability to influence and drive technical change on large/complex projects that affect our credit union partners. Personal Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals. The employee may be required to lift up to twenty-five pounds. Job has the following vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Salary range between $225,000 and $250,000 In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus eligibility with a target payout of 20%, based on company and individual performance.
