The role of the Event Services Associate as a program assistant would be to support the office of Arts & Event Services with day-to-day operations and administrative support. They will also provide event support and stellar customer service to both internal and external clients.

Max Salary: USD $21.00/hr.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with maintaining an electronic reservation system.
- Maintains ticket registrations and support.
- Performs administrative support for the Senior Director.
- Prepares paperwork such as invoices and contracts.
- Organizes housing schedule, grids, and check-in/check-outs.
- Provides event support.
- Provides training and scheduling of student workers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively alone and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in office technology.

Min Salary: USD $18.00/hr.
Max Salary: USD $21.00/hr.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Event and customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with the arts preferred.
- May consider other acceptable equivalent combinations of training and experience.
