Position Summary

| As a member of the Reunion Giving team, the Reunion Giving Officer is responsible for three quinquennial reunions. Run as mini campaigns, this work includes working with gift officers to develop an aggressive scale of gifts, leading comprehensive nucleus fund solicitations, working with research to improve accuracy and quality of prospect data, educating and raising the sights of reunion volunteers, creating marketing plans, analyzing engagement data, and managing a portfolio of alumni constituents. The Reunion Giving Officer seeks to raise the maximum dollars possible from reunion classes for the Trinity College Fund, capital priorities, and bequest intentions.
| 1. Organize and execute comprehensive reunion class campaigns.
| 2. Develop participation and target dollar goals, and a strategy to meet these goals based on screening and rating data.
| 3. Identify, inspire, recruit, train, and brief class-based volunteers.
| 4. Provide on-going support to reunion chairs and committee members.
| 5. Personally solicit a significant number of reunion gifts.
| 6. Initiate and oversee all class-wide gift mailings.
| 7. Collaborate with leadership gift officers and alumni relations colleagues.
| 8. Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years required; 5-8 years preferred
Experience in higher ed and campaign experience required; Plus Delta alumni experience preferred
