Compensations: College Credit available - This position is non-paid.
Status: Part-time seasonal
Start Date: May 2025 (flexible with academic schedule)
End Date: August 2025 (flexible with academic schedule)
Hours Expected to Work: Hours differ day to day, depending on gameday vs non-gameday
Job Description:
The Ticket Operations Intern specializes in assisting the Ticket Operations Manager with reporting, sales, and processing during the 2025 season. Qualified candidates for this position should have experience working in sports, retail, or banking. It is also preferred that candidates have experience with Tickets.com and/or ProVenue.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Training:
All new hires in the Winston-Salem Ticketing department will be thoroughly trained in all job duties and responsibilities. You will receive training and skills needed to be successful with the Winston-Salem Dash or any other professional team.

Job Description:
The Ticket Operations Intern specializes in assisting the Ticket Operations Manager with reporting, sales, and processing during the 2025 season. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting as necessary
- Assist in day to day ticketing operations for all home games and non-gameday events
- Assist in the completion of processing season, group, partial and premium ticket packages
- Assist the ticket department with sales efforts through some outbound calls and sales
- Serve as window seller or Will Call attendant during games as needed
- Provide unsurpassed customer service for all clients
- Must be comfortable interacting with the public and coworkers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and established goals
- Willingness to assume responsibilities and contribute to a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge of Pro-Venue/TDC is a plus
