Responsibilities You will be designated as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) onsite Technical Point of Contact to monitor the awarded Contractor's compliance with the related PWS. You will participate in daily planning meetings with Operations and Maintenance and provide support to resolve any technical difficulties related to the contract. You will rapidly act to provide government coordination for technical and contractual issues related to mission support for immediate operator and maintenance needs. You will review daily and monthly CDRLs and trend key support metrics to support F-16 NSS HUD efforts, QASP monitoring and readiness needs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DA-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; 2) Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies; 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
