Responsibilities You will serve as SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER) in the Manpower and Personnel Readiness Div, Manpower, Manning, and Personnel Readiness Directorate, Naval Information Forces, SUFFOLK, VA. You will manage manpower resources for over 7,000 military and civilian billets in the NETWARCOM sub-claimancy. You will manage Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) data. You will formulate proposals for the effective and economic impact of manpower. You will oversee military manning for the Headquarters elements and manning assistance to subordinate commands. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Experience managing manpower resources for military and civilian billets. Experience coordinating manpower program issues with Commander, Fleet Forces Command, other major claimants to ensure effective manpower guidance. Experience reviewing and evaluating programs and supporting budgetary documentation. Experience monitoring data, analyzing change requests and provide recommendations to effectively manage manpower programs Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: General Schedule Qualification Standards Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
