Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Selectek is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a direct-hire role. Our partnering company, located near Waynesboro, PA,  needs candidates with strong backgrounds in manufacturing systems and continuous improvement methodology. Employment Type: Direct Hire Expected Pay Range: $100,000 to $150,000 based on experience Location: Waynesboro, PA Job Requirements: - Five to ten years of manufacturing leadership experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Exposure to large equipment used in manufacturing environments - Experience with time studies and time standard implementation - Ideal candidates have knowledge of project cost analysis and lean tools In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request.
