Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to drive strategic planning, development, implementation, and measurement of all marketing messaging programs. This role is pivotal in promoting business objectives, enhancing the company's reputation, and supporting sales initiatives through unified and impactful communication strategies.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with management, sales teams, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment of messaging with corporate objectives. This individual will also manage media placement, lead generation, and oversee both internal and external communication initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Communications: Design and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies that align with company values, mission, and business goals.
Organize communication meetings and employee engagement events.
Content Strategy Development: Create a unified content strategy across all platforms, including internal blogs, white papers, case studies, and newsletters. Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding.
Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with senior leadership for investor / board member content to ensure alignment on corporate messaging. Prepare materials for investor relations or executive presentations.
Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking: Regularly benchmark marketing communication strategies against competitors. Identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
External Relations: Build relationships with community partners and media outlets. Develop press releases, pitch story ideas, and secure positive media coverage.
Market Research & Analysis: Monitor media coverage, public perception, and competitor activities. Provide reports on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Collaborate with sales teams to develop high-quality lead generation strategies. Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, refining approaches as needed.
Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Develop and manage content calendars for social media and website engagement.
Event Marketing: Plan and promote events, including trade shows, career fairs, and webinars. Manage promotional materials and branded giveaways.
Brand Management: Maintain the company's external website, internal homepage, and oversee the Polar Swag Store.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
Deliver actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
- Media Expertise: Proven track record in securing media coverage and managing relationships.
- Writing & Communication: Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Marketing Analytics: Proficient in analyzing data, tracking campaign performance, and using tools like Google Analytics and PPC platforms.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity & Strategic Thinking: Ability to generate innovative solutions while aligning with business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
