Dentons US LLP is seeking a Transactional IP and Trademark Attorney with excellent academic credentials and 6-12 years of experience to join our dynamic Intellectual Property & Technology practice. This is a great opportunity to do interesting work for industry-leading clients with a group of dedicated colleagues who are passionate about their work. Domestic and international trademark strategy Domestic and international trademark clearance searches and filings TM search, prosecution, defense and enforcement in the United States and worldwide TM/copyright counseling IP licensing IP due diligence Copyright search, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA IP litigation support Our IP&T team regularly collaborates with other Dentons practice areas—including litigation, licensing, corporate law, venture technology, franchising, advertising, international trade, antitrust, and tax—to advise our clients strategically and comprehensively. Pursuant to New York and Washington, DC law, the salary range for this position is $220,000 - $320,000, based on experience. Based on years of experience, Dentons US LLP lawyers may have a title of Attorney or Senior Attorney. Dentons US LLP offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses.
