Job Summary

The Assistant Event Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of events to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, assisting in on-site event management, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing events, including corporate meetings, weddings, trade shows, and other special occasions.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and provide updates.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, such as invitations, itineraries, and schedules.
• Manage inventory of event supplies and equipment.
• Address last-minute issues and provide solutions during the event.
• Track expenses and ensure adherence to the event budget.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
