Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to confirm details and resolve issues as needed.
- Help prepare event materials and assist with event set-up and breakdown.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Track event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Handle registration and guest check-ins, ensuring accurate guest lists and seating arrangements.
- Manage event supplies, including ordering and tracking inventory.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documents.
- Assist in managing event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Respond to inquiries from attendees and clients before, during, and after events.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
