Hybrid / Onsite Technical Project Manager

A Client of Insight Global's is seeking a full time/ direct hire IT Project Manager with agile expertise, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. The organization is set up in a Microservices architecture, so the Project Manager will first need to learn their frameworks, go through intakes with the Director IT, go through the backlog, and learn enough to eventually enforce and manage it on their own. This individual will be responsible for leading project meetings, preparing status reports, post project evaluations, owning PM tools and enhancing their efficiency, setting project goals with stakeholders, etc.

Required Skills & Experience - 7-10 years of experience as an IT project manager in an Agile environment. - Experience running scrum meetings, reducing roadblocks, -and driving projects from start to finish. - Experience in both Risk and Release Management - Experience in a Microservices Environment - Experience enhancing the use of various project management tools like Asana, Service Desk, DevOps, and the ability to recommend best practices or new tools.
