Insurance Business Architect

This insurance software integration company is looking for a Business Architect with expertise in the Insurance Industry to join the team. This role will be responsible for driving projects, leading a team of business analysts, creating practice strategy, & working with clients on integrations. The Business Architect will work alongside a delivery lead, solution architect, & team of BA's to define project scope and hand it off to a blended on & offshore team for delivery. This role eventually will be responsible for establishing and leading a project delivery practice. An excellent candidate will have insurance industry experience, excellent client facing communication skills, the ability to lead and develop a team, and experience guiding practice strategy.
