ServiceNow Business Architect

Looking for someone who will be hands-on in designing ServiceNow business architecture, creating technical roadmaps, application blueprints, data models, and system overlays for business processes. Person will break down business requirements in relation to technical standards, identify existing technical gaps, and determine the necessary application modules. Additionally, they will conduct risk assessments, manage governance processes, and resolve issues within the business architecture. Expected to have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow applications, out-of-the-box configurations, business rules, and data tables. Person should also understand the impacts of plugin and store app installations and provide technical leadership for integration, testing, and operations within their assigned platform workstream (e.g., ITOM, SACM, CSDM, Employee Experience, etc.). Must Have Technical Skills: Service Now -- Common Services data model and Employee Center Pro Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture -- firewalls, web apps, API integration
