Salary Range: $150,000-$250,000 base plus 0.05% - 0.15% equity.

Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced, innovative full-stack software engineer to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and drive the development of Jordan's core capabilities. You will have the opportunity to architect and build AI agents; specifically this is for the "Jordan" team, an AI Phone Rep / Call Center.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead technical projects and implementation of Jordan's core features.
2. Architect and build new workflows within Jordan, while maintaining and optimizing existing feature-rich workflows.
3. Drive technical decisions and best practices across the team.
4. Bridge the gap between Applied Research, GTM, Product, and Engineering.
5. Identify and implement architectural improvements and scalability solutions.
6. Contribute to product engineering.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, or significantly across both frontend and backend.
2. Must have 4+ years of experience, across the stack.
3. Needs to be able to work in San Francisco every day and be willing to put in the work to keep up the company's insane growth curve.
4. Should not have short tenure at companies unless there is a clear/strong reason for why.
5. Experience owning problems end-to-end, and willing to pick up whatever knowledge is missing to get the job done to ensure both the team and its customers succeed.
