Salary Range: $150,000-$250,000 base plus 0.05% - 0.15% equity.
Our client is looking for an experienced, innovative full-stack software engineer to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and drive the development of Jordan's core capabilities. You will have the opportunity to architect and build AI agents; specifically this is for the "Jordan" team, an AI Phone Rep / Call Center.
Role responsibilities:
• Lead technical projects and implementation of Jordan's core features
• Architect and build new workflows within Jordan, while maintaining and optimizing existing feature-rich workflows
• Drive technical decisions and best practices across the team
• Bridge the gap between Applied Research, GTM, Product, and Engineering
• Identify and implement architectural improvements and scalability solutions
• Contribute to product engineering

Candidate requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as full stack engineer, or significantly across both frontend and backend
- Must have 4+ years of experience, across the stack
- Needs to be able to work in San Francisco every day and be willing to put the work to keep up the company's insane growth curve.
- Should not have short tenure at companies unless there is clear / strong reason for why.
- Experience owning problems end-to-end, and willing to pick up whatever knowledge is missing to get the job done to ensure both the team and its customers succeed.
