Salary Range: $150,000-$250,000 base plus 0.05% - 0.15% equity.
Our client is looking for an experienced, innovative product minded python software engineer to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and drive the development of core capabilities. You will have the opportunity to architect and build AI agents; specifically.
Needs to be able to do very heavily async coding; dealing with real-time AI system.
Role responsibilities: • Architect and build new workflows, while maintaining and optimizing existing feature-rich workflows • Drive technical decisions and best practices across the team • Bridge the gap between Applied Research, GTM, Product, and Engineering • Identify and implement architectural improvements and scalability solutions • Contribute to product engineering • Lead technical projects and implementation of audio processing features
