Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Interact with clients to gather information, provide updates, and offer strategic guidance. Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation. A strong technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. Prior experience as a federal judicial law clerk is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the jurisdiction or eligibility for admission. Certifications:
Admission to the Delaware Bar (preferred) or willingness to become licensed. Skills:
