San Francisco, CA Contract To Hire Accounting $33/HR to $45/HR 01/31/2023 Century Group has partnered with a non-profit who is seeking a Staff Accountant with Grants experience. This is an onsite position located in San Francisco. This is a temp to hire position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $33 to $36 per hour. Job Description: Maintains Grant Directory with funding source, granting agency, fiscal year and amount. Tracks, reviews, analyzes and reconciles all grants related activities to all financials and other related reports. Analyzes various grantor revenue and expenditure reports and makes appropriate recommendations to ensure compliance with budgeted projections and grant provisions. Monitors and ensures compliance with federal, state, local and special program reporting requirements for grant activities. Requirements: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate with professionals at all levels. Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences. Experience: 3+ years grant/fund accounting as well as general accounting, compliance or bookkeeping experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Experience with fund accounting software, preferably MIP, Sage 100.
