Clarity Clinic is looking for a Senior Accountant who is a self-starter and has a strong accounting background.
In this role, you will:
Own the month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit compliance.
Maintain the general ledger and sub-ledgers, prepare or review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze account variances.
Experience with QuickBooks Online Required.
Experience with Bill.com preferred.
Lead process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy for accounting processes and procedures.
Support timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financials.
Assist in the preparation of schedules for tax filings and internal and external audits.
Perform comprehensive expense analysis.
Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Review amounts paid via bank or with credit card automatic payments for accuracy and report discrepancies to the leadership team.
Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Annualized Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000.00 commensurate with years of experience.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
BS/BA degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
QuickBooks Online Required.
Experience with Bill.com preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting.
Healthcare Financial Experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Public Accounting Experience preferred - not required.
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, flexible, and able to multi-task.
