Assist nonprofit entities in seeking and maintaining exempt status. Negotiate and draft complex contracts for business and nonprofit clients. Handle commercial lending transactions and related legal issues. Oversee acquisitions, mergers, and other business combination transactions. Provide legal guidance and support to healthcare industry clients and large nonprofit organizations. Conduct thorough research and provide well-crafted legal writing and documentation. Maintain direct client contact and manage client relationships effectively. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law. Knowledgeable in corporate law, real estate law, and nonprofit law. Admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible for admission). Admission in Wisconsin is desired but not required. Strong research and writing skills. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and experience with direct client contact. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Admission in Wisconsin is a plus. Skills: Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Proficiency in corporate and real estate law.
