Duties: Represent clients in structured finance term and warehouse transactions, providing comprehensive legal support throughout the deal process. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and professionals to develop effective strategies tailored to client needs. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Prepare and review legal documents, including transaction agreements, disclosure documents, and offering memoranda. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to facilitate negotiations and achieve desired outcomes. Requirements: Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree) from an accredited law school. Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred, with eligibility to practice law in other states considered a plus. 1-2 years of transactional experience, ideally in structured finance and/or securitization transactions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree required.
