Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to facilitate negotiations and achieve desired outcomes. Requirements: Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree) from an accredited law school. Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred, with eligibility to practice law in other states considered a plus. 1-2 years of transactional experience, ideally in structured finance and/or securitization transactions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree required. Certifications: Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
