This role is designed to evolve into a Director of Finance position within four years, with potential for further growth. As the Forecast and Planning Manager, you will be at the heart of C4ADS’s financial forecasting and strategic planning. Your expertise will directly support our mission by enhancing our financial forecasting models and reporting systems. What You’ll Do:

Maintain and enhance our financial reporting systems. Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to update and maintain financial reports. Forecast active project-level performance and future projections for TBD projects and indirect departments using existing tools. Develop the annual corporate budget and report monthly budget vs. actuals with real-world explanations. Work closely with the programs team to track performance metrics and outcomes. Partner with the Business Development (BD) team to ensure accurate project setup in Costpoint. Develop and track performance matrices to monitor and report on strategic goals. What We’re Looking For:

Master-level proficiency in Excel. In-depth knowledge of Deltek Costpoint Project Setup, COGNOS Reporting, and Admin Modules. Demonstrable experience with FAR, 2CFR, and extracting key information from various contracts including government, commercial, and donors. Experience maintaining and developing financial tools.
