Qualifications
Knowledge of traffic analysis software (HCS, CAD, Synchro, VISSIM preferred); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Experience with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD. The estimated starting base salary for this role is $64,000-$78,000. Beyond Base Salary: Twice Yearly Performance-Driven Bonuses; 401(K) Profit Sharing Bonus; ThrivePass Health & Wellness Account; Cell Phone Stipend. Conduct capacity and queueing analyses at stop-controlled intersections, signalized intersections, and roundabouts; Prepare trip generation forecasts; Assist with the written preparation of traffic impact studies, technical reports, and parking studies; Review roadway geometrics and signal timings; Evaluate roadway segment operations using both macrosimulation and microsimulation software; Evaluate bicycle and pedestrian operations and safety; May act as technical resource for client; Research local design standards for preparation of traffic studies; Travel to and from job sites, other offices, and meetings as required; May perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. Education
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Transportation Planning; F.E. or E.I.T preferred. Experience
Typically, 0 to 3 years of experience in traffic engineering and/or transportation planning. 100% company-paid Benefits:
