Our Creative Enterprise team seeks an enterprise developer with creative practitioner experience and great communication skills to support and occasionally work alongside software developers at top global companies as they integrate Adobe’s APIs into their businesses. What you’ll do Become an expert in Adobe's cutting-edge APIs and services and creatively apply them to meet unique customer needs across multiple industries. Engage with customers via email, forums, documentation, tutorials, sample code, and live sessions to offer your expertise on using Adobe's latest technologies. Influence the product roadmap by sharing feedback from customers. Collaborate with Developer Relations and Documentation teams to deliver reference architectures, sample code, and other assets that can educate our field organization and our customers. What you’ll need to succeed Expert Full-Stack JavaScript (YourFavoriteFrontendFramework + Node.js) Expert understanding of REST APIs and familiarity with related tools such as Postman Deeply understand the practitioner perspective within the Creative tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.). Understand the creative process. Bonus for familiarity with other technology systems in the creative production process such as MAMs, DAMs, NLEs, etc. Bonus: prior experience with generative AI systems for creatives (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Dall-E) The ability to find technical solutions to ambiguous customer problems Work well across disciplines, functions and engineering teams Exceptional written communication skills, capable of conveying sophisticated technical and product ideas in a simple manner Be organized, able to track multiple customer engagements, ongoing investigations, etc. Bonus: comfortable speaking in front of customers and larger audiences Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
