Overview
Lakeview Loan Servicing is hiring a
Sub-Servicing Oversight Specialist
to join our team in a hybrid role based in either Coral Gables (Miami, FL) or Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role offers a salary range of $61,000 to $72,000, plus an annual bonus, with benefits starting on day one. In this role, you’ll oversee the performance of our sub-servicers, ensuring quality and compliance across areas such as collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, and call center activities. You’ll conduct exception reviews, deliver monthly Quality Assurance reports, and collaborate to drive solutions that protect Lakeview’s portfolio. Conduct daily surveillance of sub-servicing activities, including servicing advances, collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, FEMA disaster response, property preservation, and call center operations. Review loan-level exceptions to ensure sub-servicers are servicing loans properly. Analyze performance metrics and Lakeview’s management priorities to identify critical areas for surveillance and review. Report quality assurance and exception review findings to Lakeview management, sub-servicers, and the servicing relationship team. Identify and escalate potential loss items and concerns as needed. Participate in loan-level reviews with sub-servicers on servicing advances, collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, FEMA disaster, property preservation, and call center activities. Monitor FHLMC, FNMA, and GNMA (FHA, VA, USDA) reports and scorecards to identify areas of concern and review exceptions. Qualifications
Strong analytical and communication skills; consistent and accurate task execution. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude. 2+ years in mortgage servicing, with expertise in asset and vendor management, process improvement, loss mitigation, and default processes. Knowledge of agency guidelines for Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Property Preservation, REO/Claims, Transfer Management, Loan Boarding, and Advance Reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Word) required. Experience with Black Knight LoanSphere LPS (e.g., MSP WebDirect, Servicing Director) and SQL is a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred (equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree). Lakeview is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
